Reconstitution of Internal Complaints Committee at DoPT

The Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) has reconstituted its Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace. This action is taken in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee consists of five members, including a Chairperson, an NGO representative, and a Member Secretary. The term of the committee is set for three years from the date of the memorandum. Women employees may submit grievances to the committee through the Member Secretary.
