The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Smt. Sundari Subramaniam Pujari, IDES(1980), as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in Air India, Delhi. The officer will serve in this capacity under the Ministry of Civil Aviation until her superannuation on May 31, 2016. She is entitled to draw pay in the scale of Joint Secretary plus deputation allowance or the pay of the post. The Ministry of Defence has been requested to relieve the officer immediately to assume her new assignment. This appointment is effective from the date she assumes charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
