This document provides an overview of the Harithamithram smart garbage monitoring application implemented by the Suchitwa Mission in Kerala. The application facilitates real-time tracking of waste collection, storage, and transportation processes. It supports the Haritha Karma Sena, a woman-led team under Kudumbashree, in managing door-to-door waste collection. The project aims to establish an IT-enabled monitoring system, improve stakeholder coordination, and provide a platform for citizen participation in waste management. It also includes features for complaint resolution and quantitative assessment of waste management progress at various administrative levels.
