The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the premature repatriation of Shri S. Rangarajan, IRSME, from his position as Central Vigilance Officer (CVO) at the Ordinance Factory Board (OFB), Kolkata, effective June 30, 2015, to allow him to avail a promotion. Concurrently, Shri Gautam Mandal, IRS, has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of CVO, OFB. This additional charge is for a period of one year or until a regular CVO is appointed, whichever occurs earlier.
