The Department of Personnel and Training has approved the entrustment of the additional charge of the post of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at Hindustan Shipyard Ltd. (HSL), Visakhapatnam to Shri Mihir Kumbhakar, ITS (2001). Shri Kumbhakar is currently the CVO at Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE), Kolkata.
