The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a notice clarifying OBC reservation eligibility for the posts of Principal and Vice-Principal under the Delhi Government. Candidates must possess an OBC certificate issued by the Government of NCT of Delhi to claim reservation benefits. Applicants from other states or Union Territories will be treated as General/Unreserved candidates. Candidates unable to find their caste serial number in the Central list while filling the online application form are advised to enter '0' or 'Not Available'.
