The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, has issued a notification regarding the implementation of the Boilers Act, 2025. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the said Act, the Central Government has appointed 1st May, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of the Boilers Act, 2025 (12 of 2025) shall come into force.
